Rams Rally and Fail
The Ram returned to the field looking to close out with a win against Arizona State. Colorado State showed flashes of strong offensive power, highlighted during a third-quarter surge that briefly gave the Rams a lead. Despite a comeback effort with strong individual performances, the Sun Devils capitalized on late opportunities and pulled away in the fourth.
“You always want to be the thermostat, not the thermometer,” Head Coach Ryan MacDonald said. “Set that tone so you’re controlling the pace of the game. Lacrosse is all about momentum swings. It’s a game of runs, and it’s going to happen on both sides.”
