CSU Advances to RMLC Championship with 15-7 Victory Over Utah

PROVO, Utah— The #2 Colorado State Rams opened up RMLC conference tournament play with a workman-like effort against #18 Utah, turning a 5-2 halftime score into a 15-7 victory. The Rams were paced by Cooper Kehoe’s six point effort, but the game was closer than the score may indicate as Utah made CSU work for everything they got during the game.

The current Hall of Fame class includes players whose time at CSU span nearly five decades. Inducted players for 2010 are Wally Pollack, Rick Parietti, Will Smitham, Mike Napolilli and long-time head coach Flip Naumburg.

The Rams got the vengeance they have been searching for since last year’s Rocky Mountain Showdown when they rammed Boulder into the ground, defeating them 13-6 on Saturday.

LOVELAND, Colorado— The Rams delivered a thrashing to Utah State, defeating them 17-5. With another win under its belt, the Colorado State men’s lacrosse team is preparing to play five of the most intense games this season within the next three weeks.
Rams Handle Utes 12-4

LOVELAND, Colorado— The Rams brought the game back to Colorado this week with a game against the University of Utah on Wednesday. CSU kept the pace up in the first half and abated Utah’s attack to end the game 12-4.
#3 CSU Completes Spring Break Sweep: 14-2 Over Chico

TUCSON, Arizona— The Rams finished off their spring break trip to Arizona with a third win, this time against Chico State. The game started off slow, and the score remained stagnant until the fourth quarter where the Rams shot ahead with an impressive 10 goals.
