• Where: Collindale Golf Course, 1441 E. Horsetooth Road, Fort Collins, CO 80525 • When: Saturday, Oct. 14th at 8 a.m. (Shotgun start) • Format: 4 person scramble • Proudly Sponsored by: Colorado State University Lacrosse Alumni Association • Proceeds to Benefit: Colorado State University Men’s Lacrosse Program • Cost: $135 donation per person, $540 per foursome – includes green fees, cart, range balls, one raffle ticket, drinks, food following the tournament and a gift bag • Prizes: Food and raffle will follow the tournament as well as Long Drive, Long Putt, Closest to the Pin, and Lax Throw contests
