Player Profile: #2 Matt Jui – Jr.

Matt Jui, a junior midfielder, came to Colorado State as an offensive force from local Columbine High School with plenty of size and athleticism.  Over the past year, he has become a standout defensive midfielder for the Rams, using his combination of quickness, size and speed to improve the CSU defense.  Jui scored 12 goals his freshman year and contributed 8 points as a sophomore, but it’s his defensive prowess that has made him extremely valuable to the team in 2011.  Look for Jui to continue to get better as he finishes up his junior year.
