CSU Lacrosse Hosts Recruits for Prospect Day

The CSU men’s lacrosse team hosted recruits on campus during the team’s annual Fall Prospect Day on Saturday, September 24.

It was an action-packed day for the recruits. Coach Hulett, Coach Caddoo, and a number of the team’s current players led the recruits through skill sessions and small-sided competitions in the morning. A representative from CSU Admissions then gave the recruits an introduction to the university and some reasons to get excited about becoming a Ram! The recruits had the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the Rams Horn Dining Center before returning to the field in the afternoon.

Coach Fifield addressed the recruits at the start of the afternoon session. He taught them more about the CSU men’s lacrosse team and discussed the best ways to remain in contact with the coaching staff throughout the recruiting process. The rest of the afternoon was focused on competition, and the recruits excelled. There were some great skills on display, and the coaching staff is excited about the talented student athletes who will be joining the team in the coming years.

The CSU men’s lacrosse team does not have any more Prospect Days scheduled for 2016, but recruits should stay on the lookout for other recruiting opportunities coming up in the future. Interested recruits should complete the Recruit Form and reach out to Coach Fifield for more information.
