CollegeLAX to Provide Live Coverage of the 2009 MCLA National Championships - 5/7/09

CollegeLAX.usATLANTA (May 6, 2009) - CollegeLAX is proud to announce the live online coverage of the 2009 MCLA National Championships in Denver, featuring live game blogs of all winner's bracket games for Division 1 and Division 2 tournament.  Goal-by-goal coverage of the first round games will begin on May 12 and continue on May 13 with the quarterfinal round.

In a tournament first, selected MCLA tournament games will be webcast live on CollegeLAX.  MCLA fans will get to help choose which games are covered through the CollegeLAX Message Forums.

"Through our interactive game blogs and live video, CollegeLAX will be the fastest way for lacrosse fans to get up-to-date MCLA coverage from the tournament. We have supported the MCLA for a long time now and the
2009 championships will be no different," noted CollegeLAX Founder Sonny Pieper.

2009 will be the 12th consecutive year that CollegeLAX has covered the MCLA National Championships.  The complete schedule of video webcast games will be announced online prior to the start of the MCLA National Championships.

"We are excited to broadcast these games to MCLA fans around the country.  Live video from the championships is obviously the application that everyone is clamoring for on the Web. I would like to thank Will Moss of GrizLax.com for helping making this happen," added Pieper.

"In addition to virtual coverage on MCLA.us and live broadcast of Saturday's Division 1 semifinals and Division 1 and 2 championships on Fox College Sports, CollegeLax.us is providing our followers with yet another avenue to participate in the MCLA national tournament without being in Denver," said MCLA National Championships Director Daniel Morris.  "The early round games are often some of the most exciting--yet unseen--of the week, and we have some fantastic featured matchups already scheduled for day one.  The MCLA would like to thank Sonny Pieper and CollegeLax.us for providing this service to our fans across the country."
